Our program offers the highest quality gymnastics, dance and fitness instructions in the area and it’s based on providing educationally sound, safe and fun environment. We will encourage your child to demonstrate individuality in a group setting through gymnastics. The gym is equipped with the most current equipment available including a 40/40 spring tumbling floor, in-ground pit. The gym has also 4 uneven bar stations, pommel horse, rings, parallel bars, tumble track and trampoline with overhead spotting system.

The staff at Silk City Gymnastics consist of a professional, experienced group of individuals who have been chosen for their enthusiasm and professionalism. Their personalities make our gym a happy and healthy learning environment for your child. Most of our staff members have been with us for many years because of their qualities to work with children. We encourage you to stop by and tour our facility and familiarize yourself with our staff.
PROGRAM GOALS
At Silk City Gymnastics we strive to provide a positive learning environment by teaching gymnastics and dance classes in a non-competitive format. Our program covers a wide range of gymnastics activities, designed to enable each student to progress at his/her own pace by providing a graduated approach to learning. We feel it is important to encourage children in all they do or attempt to do. Our program consists of gymnastics fundamentals to introduce your child to one of the most popular sports in United States – GYMNASTICS.
