It is parent’s responsibility to supervise their children before and after class.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The registration for school gymnastics year is done online only. There is a non-refundable registration (Anniversary) fee of $25 per student during registration. Students will be enrolled until the end of the school year unless you email us a 30-Day Drop Request.
DROP POLICY
You must make a Drop Request by email 30 days prior you dropping or you will be charged for the next Pay Period. Students are enrolled for the entire school year unless we receive a Drop Request.
PAYMENT POLICY
All payments in the form of check, E-check or cash (No debit/credit cards) are due on or before the first class of each pay period. Missed classes cannot be deducted from the tuition. Make-ups are available for missed classes.
- A $25 fee will be charged on any returned check.
PAY PERIODS AND RATES
The yearly tuition is splitted into 5 Pay Period (8 weeks each)
2022-2023 Rates are through June 17, 2023. Annual Registration Fee: $25 per student.
Dance classes 45 min. / 8 week tuition – $110
Preschool classes 45 min. / 8 week tuition – $130
Gymnastics classes 55 min. / 8 week tuition – $135
Tumbling classes 55 min. / 8 week tuition – $135
Trampoline classes 55 min. / 8 week tuition – $135
MAKE -UP POLICY
We will try our best to find a make-up class for you. Only not completely full classes can be used for make-ups. Missed classes must be made up within 30 days. There is no monetary reimbursement for missed classes. Once you have dropped from the program, make-up classes do not apply.
REFUNDS
All registration fees are non-refundable. There are absolutely no refunds for missed classes. (make-up classes are available).
SNOW DAYS
In the event of adverse weather conditions, class closure information will be posted on our website: www.silkcitygymnastics.com. Any classes canceled due to weather can be made up.
DATES CLOSED – NO CLASSES
Labor Day – Sept. 5, 2022
Thanksgiving weekend – Nov. 24-26, 2022
Christmas through New Year’s Day – Dec. 26, 2022-Jan. 2, 2023 (that week is not charged to your tuition)
Easter weekend – April 7-8, 2023
Memorial weekend – May 27-29, 2023
DRESS CODE
Shorts and T-shirt or leotards (athletic outfit) is required during classes. It’s recommended to have your child outfit ready for class and not to change at the gym. No belts or jeans will be permitted.
